Fertlo is an informational directory. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, a recommendation to use any specific clinic, or a guarantee of clinic quality. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making fertility treatment decisions.

3. Accuracy of Data

We source clinic data from the NPI Registry, CDC ART Surveillance Reports, and public records. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee accuracy. Clinic details (hours, cost, services) should be verified directly with the clinic before visiting.

4. Intellectual Property

The Fertlo name, logo, and site design are property of Orifice AI Incorporated Publicly sourced clinic data (NPI, CDC) is government data and not proprietary. Our compiled database structure and editorial content are protected by copyright.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orifice AI Incorporated is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fertlo or reliance on information found here.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@fertlo.com and give us 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Fertlo shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English and, unless you and Fertlo agree otherwise, will take place in Delaware. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You and Fertlo agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
